CHINESE Original Landscape and Impressionistic Painting – mountain –Four Seasons Series 2: Winter Size: 18 cm X 18 cm (rice paper) 25 cm X 25 cm (the white paper card); 100% hand painted. 100% Chinese folk art I enjoy collecting quality oriental paintings and would like to share the lovely ones with eBayers who also like them. I hope you will enjoy the paintings and the buying experience. Please read my description carefully before buying: Item Description: This painting is of Chinese River and Mountain in Winter in a impresionistic manner. It gives the feeling that the mountain, river and trees are covered in snow. It is painted on the traditional Chinese rice paper (the painting area in the centre is 18 cm X 18 cm), with a white paper card behind for protection (25 cm X 25 cm).

It is the Winter in Four Seasons Series 1, there is also the Spring, Summer, Autumn in the Series 1. The condition is new. All pictures are taken by me. It may have chromatic aberration by camera or display, the item you’ll receive will be in much more delicate condition than it looks on eBay. It will be sent only after I check it carefully.

A Welsh landscape scene by Arthur Hudson. It is painted using heavy impasto techniques, mostly done with a palette knife, and relatively little brushwork. This painting has a more naive look than most of his other work. The picture is on hardboard and will need framing. There are slight variations in the dimensions of up to 6mm, but this will not be a problem for a professional framer. It is coated with a layer of retouching varnish, which is quite glossy, so lighting direction will need to be considered, . It also looks more colourful under incandescent light. The gloss finish could be much reduced with subsequent varnishing, but please note that further varnishing is not advised until spring 2012.

I am auctioning a really special New York Dolls collectors item.

This is a huge photographic print taken by the ledgendary Lee Black Childers of the group in their heyday in 1971.

It is signed by the photographer and dated 2001 - the year that he printed this piece.

It is mounted and framed and is fitted with hanging wire. Dimensions are 41" tall and 31.5" wide. The frame is a slim aluminium type.

Collection would be prefered as this will be difficult to ship - but please contact me for a quote.

The picture is in excellent condition and measures 13 inches x 11 inches. There is some loss to the frame , and the frame is all ORIGINAL.

The scene includes SCARBOROUGH CASTLE and all the houses and hotels around the bay . There are beautiful gardens and many people in period dress.

The photographs are printed on high quality 260g MATT photographic paper using Kodak Ink which will last a lifetime. The frame is BLACK with WHITE mount board (this is edged with black around the photographs and creates a stunning effect) The frame is a contemporary resin with a Matt finish and really complements the Black & White photographs.

The photographs were taken by me whilst visiting relatives in Brittany, France and were taken in the stunning coastal resorts of St Malo and Dinard
