This is a beautifully observed cold cast bronze sculpture. The piece is appx 15.5cm tall (6 inches) and is satisfyingly weighty at just over half a kilogram.

This fabulous sculpture would sit happily as a single statement piece, or a wonderful addition to any collection. If you can't find exactly what you want or have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

The technique used for making items in cold cast bronze involves blending bronze powder with epoxy designer resin to produce a material which is applied to the interior of a silicone mould. The mould is then filled with blend of resin and bronze metal powder which is then left to set. The finished item has the look, cold feel and semetimes (although not always) the weight of a solid bronze piece. All in all, a cold cast bronze item produces a piece of art which looks the part at a fraction of the cost of a solid bronze.
